CLASSES:
Monday:
- Group practice, open-bouting for members from 6pm-10pm.
- Individual lessons with Coach until 8:30pm.
- After 8:30pm Coach observes fencers' bouts and provides feedback.
Tuesday:
* Beginner classes for KIDS offered *
6:30pm-8:00pm
* Includes games, exercises, skill-building and fencing bouting with professional equipment *
- Practice and open-bouting for members: 6pm to 10pm.
- Coach lessons until 8:30pm; observations and feedback after.
Wednesday:
* Beginner classes for KIDS offered *
6:30pm-8:00pm
*Includes games, exercises, skill-building and fencing bouting with professional equipment *

- Practice and open-bouting for members: 7pm-10pm
-Coach lessons until 9pm; observations & feedback after
Saturday:
- Lessons and open-bouting: 1pm-4pm
-Coach observes, provides feedback on bouting after all lessons completed
*** Once a month, an FCC FOIL OPEN will take place on a FRIDAY evening from 7-10pm to help all local foil fencers improve their skills and get to fence in a competitive environment! Register on AskFred! ***
